Prices are without VAT or "Mehrwertsteuer" (at the time of writing 8%).
"min/Mth" means a maximum amount of time, any unused time by the end of the month is lost.*
Any support, uncovered by the fixed support subscription, will be calculated as follows: CHF 12.00 per every initiated 5 minutes.
Other Services
We also offer services on an individual basis, where calculation is done either "all-inclusive" or "effective cost" on a 15 minutes basis. Please contact us for an indivudual offer.

* SupportXS example: This subscriptions are to cover simple problems that migth occur during the normal process of the contracts, not for regular work. As a rule of thumb, take: If the pensum for a certain month almost reaches the limit (e.g. >66% of the capacity) then for the following month the pensum should not exceed the difference (e.g. <33%). If this rule is broken for subsequent periods, we will have to suggest an upgrade or a direct billing.
